As Su Hong's proprietor, I'd like to welcome you to our restaurant and website. Before you order your dinner, I would like to tell you a little bit about our food and service philosophy so you can best enjoy your meal. In a nutshell, our philosophy is: Customers are Number One! And because it's impossible to figure out every customer's exact tastes, we simply cook the way we normally do and ask that you let us know if you would like something cooked to suit your individual palate. If you wish to have a dish (or dishes) made with certain ingredients or sauces, just tell the wait staff exactly what you have in mind and our expert kitchen staff will do the very best to make sure that we satisfy your request.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask your server. If the server cannot give you a satisfactory answer (there may be some language barriers), please ask to talk to the manager, whom I know will provide whatever assistance you may require to make your meal most enjoyable.
